- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal of the finished bark.
- Place semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until completely smooth and fully melted.
- Pour the melted semisweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly with a spatula to form a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white chocolate chips and colorful candy melts. Microwave each in 20-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and fully melted.
- Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate and colorful candy melts over the dark chocolate base. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.
- Immediately sprinkle candy-coated chocolates, candy eyes, and Halloween sprinkles over the warm bark. Press lightly to ensure they adhere to the surface.
- Allow the bark to set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm and completely set.
- Once fully set, break the bark into irregular, jagged pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
