22 - 1 cup bean sprouts
23 - 1 small bunch baby spinach
24 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
25 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
26 - 1 red chili, thinly sliced

# Directions:

01 - Combine beef slices with soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Let sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
02 - Combine chicken or beef broth, miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, chili oil, ginger, and green onion whites in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, cover, and gently simmer for 20 minutes.
03 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Quickly sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
05 - Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and divide among serving bowls. Arrange halved soft-boiled eggs, bean sprouts, spinach, and seared beef over the noodles.
06 - Ladle hot broth into each bowl. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce generously over the top. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and sliced red chili if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The creamy garlic sauce creates this velvety richness that balances the spicy beef perfectly
  • It comes together faster than you think, even though it tastes like you spent all day on it
02 -
  • Dont overcrowd the pan when searing beef or itll steam instead of getting that nice crust
  • The garlic sauce thickens as it cools, so make it slightly thinner than you think you need
03 -
  • Pat the beef dry before searing if the marinade made it wet, you want direct contact with the hot pan
  • Room temperature cream incorporates into the garlic sauce much faster than cold cream
