Baked Brie with Apricot Preserves (Print Version)

Warm Brie topped with apricot preserves and walnuts, perfect for an elegant appetizer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese

→ Toppings

02 - 1/3 cup apricot preserves
03 - 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

→ Garnish

04 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or chopped parsley

→ To Serve

05 - Assorted crackers or sliced baguette

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small ovenproof dish.
03 - Spread the apricot preserves evenly over the top of the Brie.
04 - Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the preserves.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and just beginning to ooze but not collapsed.
06 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
07 - Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, if using. Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
