# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It looks impressive but takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish
  • The combination of warm creamy cheese, sweet preserves, and crunchy pecans hits every craving at once
  • Its the kind of appetizer that makes people hover around the platter until every bite is gone
02 -
  • Do not overbake or the cheese will completely collapse and you will lose that molten center magic
  • Letting it rest for those 5 minutes feels like torture but it makes serving so much easier
  • If you are transporting this, bake it at your destination since it is best served immediately
03 -
  • Buy an extra wheel of Brie because this disappears faster than you expect
  • Toast your pecans in the oven while it preheats for maximum efficiency
  • If the rind seems particularly thick, you can score the top lightly to help the toppings meld
